Saeed Assadian is a wonderful person to work with. Buying a house as a first time buyer could be extremely stressful, especially with limited budget and time. He was just awesome throughout the whole process of buying our home. Apart from precious advices he gave us thorough the purchase, he never pushed us to close a deal. He always treated us with respect and was available almost anytime during the day! Sometimes I called him at 11 pm to ask questions and he always welcomed me. He is so strong at negotiating the price. He was able to buy our home under the market price. I already recommended him to several people. He was just wonderful!

I knew Saeed as an IT engineer for several years. His company was providing service to the company I was working for (company name was removed) since 2001. I must admit he is a very patient broker, because Maria and I could not agree on any property, until Saeed found the perfect home for us and to our surprise, he negotiated almost 10% under the asking price!
